To my friends at CPRA.

A close friend found the attached in Better Homes & Garden. She said reading it was like listening to me talk about my time on the water sense taking up rowing. And I must say it pretty well sums up my feelings about my rowing experience and the many new friends I have found in CPRA.

This past summer a small notice in the Stockton Record caught my eye.” Learn to row,” it said, and I did. I’ll be 50 this year and what better way to celebrate than to exercise my mind, my body and my patience? Rowing has done all three.
