2010 REGULAR SEASON
We are happy to be able to once again offer both morning and evening coached rowing, maintain our fees at the 2009 level, and provide the opportunity for members to check out club equipment. We are also planning to offer pre-season and post-season coached rowing to interested members for an additional fee. Also, we will be offering learn-to-row classes for both adults and youth. EVENING COACHED ROWS (3 evenings per week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Goal: Improve rowing skills and fitness for all levels of rowers from novice to advanced, and for both recreational and competitive rowers
Must be at least 18 years old
Thirteen weeks: week of May 17 through week of August 16 (excluding two weeks of Adult LTR)
Rowers come as their schedules permit
Open to all full, collegiate, and limited row members
MORNING COACHED ROWS (3 mornings per week; specific mornings to be determined)
Goal: Train rowers for sprint races
Must be at least 21 years old
Thirteen weeks: week of May 24 through week of August 16
Rowers must commit to full attendance
Open to all full members
UNCOACHED ROWS
Rowers arrange with other members to take out club boats
Available on evenings other than those that are coached and weekends
