Rowing is a total body workout: burning calories, creating core strength, and expanding flexibility all while having fun at the same time. The elite athlete, the recreational rower, the youth and the retiree all benefit from this team-oriented sport. When you become a rower, you join a group of people who understand work ethic and show you respect, no other qualification required.
